Before you start
Does Valued manage my startup’s cap table?
Valued is built for investors tracking holdings across companies. Upload the cap tables you receive to follow your stake; it does not replace a founder’s cap table administration or employee participation platform.
Can I see dilution after a new round?
Yes. Once you review and approve the round data, Valued shows ownership by round, including fully diluted ownership. The result depends on the cap table and documents you supply.
Does it support convertible loans and SAFEs?
Yes. Valued records principal, interest, valuation caps and discounts and can model conversion. Check the extracted terms against your contract before approving them.
Is the displayed value an exit valuation?
No. A value implied by a financing round is a reference based on its share price. It is not a guaranteed sale price or an independent valuation.
Does Valued compare my new and previous agreements?
You can inspect the original documents and compare extracted terms with the stored position. When enriching an existing round, Valued previews proposed changes before you accept them. It does not provide an automated legal comparison of every contract clause.
