Everything your portfolio needs, in one place
Valued replaces the spreadsheet. Calls, distributions, rounds, loans, rents and trades come together, and every entry traces back to its document.

Capital calls, distribution notices, quarterly reports, cap tables, loan agreements, leases, depot statements and trade confirmations. Valued extracts the figures, checks them against each other and against your existing data, and shows them next to the source. You approve or correct, then it is booked.

- Matched to the right fund, company, property or depot
- Original document linked to every booking

The four asset classes
Commitment, paid in, distributions and NAV for every fund
Every fund keeps its own history of capital calls and distributions. Unfunded commitment, DPI, TVPI, RVPI and net IRR are calculated from that history, so they only change when a booking does.
- Recallable distributions and equalisation interest handled correctly
- Vintage, strategy and manager on every fund
- Quarterly NAV straight from the reports
Cap tables by round, loans and SAFEs included
For every company: the financing rounds, share classes, price per share and who holds what. You see your stake fully diluted after every round, with convertible loans converted into the round they land in.
- Your stake before and after every round
- Cap, discount and interest on convertible loans
- Implied value at the last round price, marked unrealised
Every property with value, loans, rents and yield
Valued sets up each property from the purchase contract, loan agreements and leases: purchase price and ancillary costs, loans with their fixed-rate periods, tenants and rents. Value, equity, cash flow and yield follow from that, per property and for the whole portfolio.
- Rent roll, loans and all income and expenses per property
- Gross and net yield, loan-to-value and IRR
- Reminders before fixed-rate periods and leases end
Every depot, valued at current prices
Statements, trade confirmations and dividend notices from any bank become depots with positions, transactions and income. Return against an index, dividends ahead, risk and the tax year per depot follow from the bookings, checked against the bank's own depot statement.
- Shares, ETFs, funds and bonds at any bank
- Splits, mergers and other corporate actions booked correctly
- Gains, losses and tax withheld per depot and year
Across everything you hold
What your funds will call, and how the vintages compare
Expected calls and distributions per quarter, projected fund by fund from the unfunded commitment and the pace so far. J-curves and vintage comparisons across the portfolio, from the same cash flows the metrics use.
- Expected calls per quarter, with the funds behind every bar
- Override a fund's pace when you know more
- J-curve and vintage comparison
Every amount in its own currency, reported in yours
Payments keep the ECB reference rate of their value date, so historical IRR and DPI do not shift when exchange rates move. Switch the reporting currency and every total is recalculated from the underlying payments.
- ECB reference rates, fixed per payment
- Reporting currency of your choice
- Original amounts always shown next to the converted ones

The free plan comes with starting credits for your first documents. Upload a capital call or a loan agreement and look at the result. No credit card, and no sales call unless you ask for one.
