Frequently asked questions
What is a credit?
One credit reads one page. A ten-page capital call notice costs ten credits, an eighty-page quarterly report costs eighty. The price is shown before the reading starts, because it is only the page count.
Why are page figures written with a tilde?
Because they are estimates, not promises. One credit reads one page, but chat answers and AI refreshes draw on the same balance, so 1,000 credits are about 1,000 pages rather than exactly 1,000. We would rather write ~1,000 than quote a number we cannot guarantee.
What is included in every plan?
The full product: funds, equity investments, real estate, securities depots, loans, key figures, forecasts, currencies, e-mail intake and Excel export. Plans differ only in the number of pages included for reading and the number of team members.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is a plan with a one-time starting balance of credits and no time limit. Nothing expires, and no credit card is needed.
How does the 4-week billing cycle work?
Paid plans renew every 28 days. On each renewal your plan credits are added to your balance and your card is charged automatically.
Do unused credits expire?
Plan credits roll over into the next 4-week period and expire after that. Purchased credit packages stay valid for 12 months.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. On any paid plan you can buy credit packages at any time. Purchased credits are used only after your plan credits are spent.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your data stays fully accessible. Only new AI processing pauses until you buy credits or upgrade your plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and are billed prorated: on an upgrade you pay the difference for the remaining days, on a downgrade the unused amount is credited to your next invoice.
