The AI reads the figures. The decision stays with you.
Valued turns each document into a proposed booking, shown next to its source and checked for arithmetic. Nothing changes until you approve it.
| Total commitment | EUR 500,000.00 |
| Called prior to this notice | EUR 320,000.00 |
| Amount of this call | EUR 45,000.00 |
| Equalisation interest | EUR 1,240.00 |
| Total amount due | EUR 46,240.00 |
- Call amount + equalisation = total due
- Called to date reconciles with the fund's bookings (€320,000.00)
- Unfunded after this call: €135,000.00
- Capital calls, distributions, quarterly reports, cap tables, loan agreements and leases
- Every figure shown next to the place in the document it came from
- Checks that catch a misread figure before it is booked
- You make any corrections, and your version is what gets booked
A wrong figure should stand out, not slip through
Reading a PDF is the easy part. What makes the difference are the checks that run before the proposal reaches you.
- Arithmetic
- Call amount plus equalisation plus pre-payment must equal the total due. A report's called and distributed totals must reconcile to the fund's cash flows.
- Continuity
- The amounts on a notice are reconciled against the fund's commitment and what has been booked before it. A figure that does not fit is shown, not hidden.
- Identity
- The document is matched to a fund, company, property or depot you already hold. An unknown name is proposed as a new position, never quietly merged into an existing one.
- Currency and date
- The currency stated on the document is kept. The value date decides the ECB reference rate used for conversion.
- Duplicates
- A document that has already been booked is recognised and not booked twice.

What is read from each kind of document
| Capital call notices | Call amount, equalisation interest, pre-payments, due date and the called-to-date figure, checked against your ledger. |
|---|---|
| Distribution letters | Amount, date and the recallable portion where the letter states it, booked against the fund it belongs to. |
| Quarterly and annual reports | Fund NAV and your share of it, called and distributed to date, portfolio companies and their valuation changes. |
| Cap tables and shareholder agreements | Rounds, share classes, price per share, holders and their stakes, option pool, conversion of loans. |
| Convertible loan and SAFE agreements | Principal, interest, maturity, cap, discount and the events that trigger conversion. |
| Purchase contracts and loan agreements | Purchase price and ancillary costs, buyers and their shares, loan amount, interest rate, repayment and fixed-rate period, and from a loan statement the balance the bank confirms. |
| Leases and rent increases | Tenant, rent, service charge prepayments, term, deposit and agreed rent adjustments, filed with the property the address names. |
| Depot statements and trade confirmations | Positions with units and price, purchases and sales with fees and taxes, dividends with the tax withheld and corporate actions, matched to the depot by its number or IBAN. |
| Tax and voting documents | Filed with the fund or company they belong to. Figures relevant to the record are extracted; the rest is kept for reference. |
Which models do the reading
Extraction runs on Anthropic's Claude models through their API. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, documents sent through the API are not used to train models. Short documents are read by a smaller model; cap tables, loan agreements and full reports by a larger one.
What it costs
Reading is paid for with credits, which every plan includes, and one credit reads one page. A ten-page capital call costs ten, an eighty-page quarterly report eighty. The price is the page count, so you know it before the reading starts.
Try it with a document you already have.
The free plan comes with starting credits. Upload a capital call or a loan agreement and compare the result with the PDF yourself.
